I wanted to thank you for giving me my health back. Since starting Jazzercise I have come off my blood pressure medicine, my cholesterol medicine, and my most recent bone scan has gone from osteopenia (precursor to osteoporosis) to a completely normal bone scan. My husband and son's are thrilled with the results and my commitment to Jazzercise. I have NEVER stuck with any exercise, to spite being a physical therapist, until Jazzercise. You make it fun!!

I, Toni Vineyard, age 62, am a “firm believer” in the power of exercise and for 19 years Jazzercize has been my exercise-of-choice. During those years I have managed almost always to attend at least two classes a week (though I prefer three) while juggling a career as Director of EMS Education at our local community college, PHCC. Jazzercize’s unique combination of adherence to solid exercise physiology, ever-changing music for creative dance routines and talented, energized instructors like our very own Head Diva Suzanne, have helped me achieve both physical and emotional health. The fact that it is also fun is just an added plus. Keep Jazzin’ you guys!

A Momentous Day! My husband just returned from a 2 week trip and could see a visable change in my body shape! This evening during the weigh-in at Jazzercise, I found that I have lost 4 lbs and more importantly- I have already lost body fat!
I have tried for about 4 years to lower my prior numbers, but I have been unsuccessful.
I believe that my 7 weeks of Jazzercise have shown me these great results! It is a wonderful program with our excellen instructor-Suzanne-providing expert knowledge, variety and excitement.

Upon starting Jazzercise a year ago, my life has changed. For many years I was a "compulsive eater". Obesity led to many emotional and physical problems.
After the first month of Jazzercise, I saw a change in energy levels - leading to weight loss. I then began to pay attention to the helpful hints Suzanne give us in her newsletter and on the Keep Jazzin web-site.
To this day I have lost 45 lbs, and feel great! WOW! How did that happen?
ATTITUDE: It's not a "diet", it's a new life-style. It's not "got to exercise", it's Jazzercise - and alot of fun!
Most of all, be kind and patient with yourself, you'll get to your goal in your time.

Although I have to go back up north for a few months, I'll be back, and I'll miss the classes. I'm one size down and 8 pounds less..... can you see me smilling?
